Web Technology Pvt. Ltd. and our affiliated brand websites ("we", ""us", or “our").  These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the website, contents, information and other services maintained and provided by S.B. and is the legal contract between you (“you” or “user”) and S.B.

S.B. Web Technology may amend this agreement and any linked information from time to time and at any time by posting amended terms on sbwebtechnology.com without notice to the user and will be effective when posted. Use of the website and/or the services made through the website after any changes to the Terms and Conditions are posted will be considered as an acceptance of those changes from the user.

This website is an online venue where the user performs predefined tasks to aid in the content development process which may require the user to register an account on our system. This will facilitate him/her to perform a predefined task and get paid for the approved tasks. By accessing and/or using our site, including registration of an account, performing tasks or submitting feedback through the sites, you agree to follow and be bound by the rules, conditions and restrictions in the Terms. 

S.B. Web Technology Pvt. Ltd., at any time, and without any notice can change or add to sbwebtechnology.com or the services, information or a product described in it. However, the organization does not undertake to keep the website updated and is not liable to the user or anyone else in case an error occurs in the information on sbwebtechnology.com or if the information is not current. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, then do not access or use the site.

Eligibility
Before you access or use the website, you represent a warranty that you are at least 18 years of age. Any user who is not able to form a legally binding contract or, restricted from receiving and providing services under the constitution drafted by the Government of Nepal or other applicable jurisdiction or, suspended from using the website services or, do not have a valid contact address (email, phone number, etc.) should not use our website under any circumstance or for any reason. We hold all rights to refuse to offer the services to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.

Ownership
S.B. Web Technology solely and exclusively owns all rights in and on the materials on the websites including but not limited to all the contents, codes, and data therein. Your use of the website doesn’t grant you ownership of any materials you access through the website. Using any materials of the website is strictly prohibited unless you have received prior written permission from the authorized person of S.B.

Registration and Usage
In the course of your use of the website and services, you may require to register by providing certain details to create a username and password. S.B. collects information and uses policies with respect to the privacy of such registration information and is set forth in the Website's Privacy Policy. The user is allowed to request account verification; however, the right to accept or reject the particular account remains with the organization.

You acknowledge and agree that you will provide truthful, accurate, complete and correct information and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting others from accessing our website using your login information. You as an owner of the account will be held accountable for all the actions that occur under your Registration Information and S.B. will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

Subjected to the local laws, an individual below 18 years may use an adult’s account with the account holder’s permission. However, the account holder is responsible for all the actions taken by that particular account, without limitation. Users are authorized to use a business or a company name associated with the user’s account. However, they cognize and agree that where a business or a company name is associated with their account, this User Agreement is a contract with the account owner as an individual and not the business or company and the registered user is solely responsible for all the activities performed in respect of their account.

Moreover, S.B. holds the right to refuse to register such entities as a user and the account owner is not, in any way, liable to transfer or assign any rights or obligations he/she has under this agreement without prior written consent.

Removal / Edit Request:
We value and incorporate authentic, credible and well researched information in our content production system that respect the interest and right of others and requires that the people who use the website or the service, do the same. If you believe that the content published in our website requires any changes or modifications please forward information to S.B.'s Marketing Team along with following details:

  • Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A description of the content work that needs to be removed /edited.
  • A description of where the alleged infringing material is located;
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the content needs to be changed.
  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the authorized personnel.
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the behalf of the person/service mentioned in our content.

Earnings and Payments

  1. Signup Bonus
    Upon signing up, every user received a certain predefined amount of a signup bonus. S.B. secures the right to dissolve the amount depending upon the scenario. Moreover, the organization secures the right to accept or reject the approval of the acquired signup bonus amount.
  2. Referral Program
    The referral program of S.B. allows a user to receive some amount as a referral bonus after s/he successfully enrolls a new team member to the system. However, the organization secures the right to dissolve the amount depending upon the scenario. The referral program of the organization is generally active, but the organization secures the right to dissolve the referral program without notifying the users beforehand.
  3. Payee Profile
    All the users are required to provide the organization with a valid payee profile to receive the amount, on the basis of which the organization ensures the payment of the user. The organization verifies every task and the acquired amount to ensure minimum loss of the user’s monetary rights. 
  4. Payment Milestone:
    The organization has set up a minimum withdrawal amount as a milestone. Every user is required to achieve the milestone in order to receive the payment. After the milestone is reached, the organization shall verify the amount and transfer it according to the user’s payee profile on a date specified by the Organizational Policy.
  5. Task and Topic Approval
    The tax in the accumulated amount is deducted as per the Government Policy before the payment.

Payment Milestone:

After the milestone is reached, the organization shall verify the amount and transfer it according to the user’s payee profile on a date specified by the Organizational Policy.

Task and Topic Approval
The tax in the accumulated amount is deducted as per the Government Policy before the payment.

User Account
The organization reserves all rights related to the user's account status, i.e. the organization may deactivate or block any account without any formal information with sufficient cause. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, the user agrees to comply with the configuration the organization uses to maintain and monitor user activities and tasks.

The user secures the right to access or change some of his/her personal profile information and configurations. However, doing so without approval from the authorized representative of the organization is strictly prohibited and the organization, without any formal notice, may enable or disable such rights. If a user does not login to the system for a period of time, s/he will be considered inactive and will be changed to active status once the user  re-login.
Feedback

You agree that your submission of any feedback in forms of ideas and suggestions regarding the website, you hereby assign S.B. all right in the feedback and agree that S.B. shall have all right to use them in any manner it deems appropriate without any additional approval and compensation. The feedback received will be treated as non-confidential and non- proprietary.
 
User Test and Examination
The organization has the provision of various tests to test the strength of the user, either in the sign up stage or after the user starts working on a regular basis. After the test submission, the supervisors check the test papers and publish the result in the user’s personal backend.
 
Content Development

  1. Task Selection
    The organization has a set of teams mobilized to provide existing content developers with the tasks required for content development. The user is assigned a task by the supervisor or is allowed to choose a free task made available on the dashboard. The user is required to complete the assigned or picked task within the time limit complying with the Approval Policy and suggestions provided beside the task panel. The user can contact the support team in case there are no free tasks available in the dashboard.  
  2. Task Status
    A particular task goes through various levels before approval, after which the user performing the task receives the amount promised for that task. However, the organization secures the verification rights of that amount.
  3. Task Amount
    The organization sets up a certain task amount for each task, but the same task may be of different values depending upon the user configuration. The task amount is accumulated after the final approval of the task by the designated supervisor. However, the organization verifies the received amount before making payment.
  4. Task History and Reports
    The organization stores the task history of every user in the system. The user has access to his/her personal task history, helping him/her track progress and grow with-in the organization. The system also auto-generates the reports of the user, which helps the supervisors in mapping the progress and current status of the user.

Notification and History
The system has a predefined notification and messaging service aimed to provide the user with the required support and information. Besides system based notification and messages, the organization may send some details using the email address submitted by the user in the profile.

Training
The organization provides every user with the required orientation and training at the time of appointment and promotion. The organization sets up a fixed time for the training and the user is required to make it to the office location without delay. In case a user misses the scheduled training, the organization is not liable to reschedule the training time and date for the individual.

Support
The organization has a support team waiting to respond to the user seeking support. The organization’s support team will entertain issues and confusions regarding the system and user interface and other account-related issues.
