As a Freelancer:
Creative Writer: At the initial phase, every team member is registered as a creative writer.
Content Researcher: After initial training and getting to know the system as well as the workflow, the user may apply for the post of Content Researcher, which is approved after a specialized test conducted in the system itself or at the office.
Sub-Editor: After learning the craft of content creation as well as research, the user may then apply for the post of sub-editor, which is approved after a series of tests and training. (Note: The user can directly apply for the post of sub-editor even after the phase of creative writer.)
As a Full Timer:
Supervisor: After mastering the crafts of content creation, research, and editing, the user may apply for the post of supervisor depending upon the field of interest. There are two supervisor level positions:
Research Supervisor: The member oversees the research part of the content, where he/she verifies and validates the task of content researcher and instructs the new members.
Editing Supervisor: The member oversees the content part, where he/she verifies and validates the task of writer as well as sub-editor and instructs the new members.
Senior Content Editor: After fully mastering the art of grooming and leadership, the user can apply or is promoted to the position of Sr. Content Editor, where he/she oversees the task of supervisor and works towards developing and implementing content and research strategy.
Deputy Editor: After fully justifying the position of Sr. Content Editor, the user is promoted to the prestigious position of Deputy Editor, where he/she can practice manager level leadership and lead the overall team for the betterment of the organization’s current status.
Editor in Chief: This position is the top-most position in the hierarchy of this Department. To attain this position, the user is required to fully master all the required skills plus have profound knowledge of SEO, leadership and should be able to make abrupt changes in the content whenever required.
